A couple walking down a street in Peterborough, England barely avoid an exploding manhole. In the video clip, the couple is seen walking along and stopping as the manhole exploded right in front of them. At that point, they turn around and run the other way.
This is the second explosion in 3 weeks. In the other explosion, a couple was a few feet away and barely avoided being injured. If they had been just a bit faster, they could have been killed.
