A 7 year old boy in Boston, Massachusetts is under investigation for sexual harrassment after punching another boy in the groin. If the allegation doesn’t seem severe already, consider the other boy had been choking him and stole his gloves. Tasha Lynch, the puncher’s mother, says that the boy acted in self defense.

A Boston public schools representative confirmed the investigation but gave no further details.
Lynch says the only reason the school is alleging sexual assault is because her son punched the boy in the groin. Lynch says that if her son is being investigated for sexual assault, the other boy should be investigated for attempted murder for choking her son.
Any boy who has ever been in elementary school can easily remember be constantly punched in the groin, mostly for the sheer entertainment of bullies. If that is sexual abuse, there is no hope for our schools!
