21 year old David Davis, of Stamford Connecticut, could not wait any longer to slash a man in the back with a pair of scissors. In the middle of a haircut, literally, he grabbed some scissors and cut a man. According to Davis, the man had approached him “in an aggressive manner” and he took action.
Regardless, Davis will go down in history as having one of the most memorable mugshots of all time. Who can forget this?
