Espen Fadnes is a wingsuit flier. You have probably seen these things in movies. Batman even has one. The thing about Espen Fadnes, though, is that he makes batman look bad by comparison. In this video, Fadnes jumps from a 4,000 foot cliff in Styrn, Norway and shoots down the mountain side to the lake below at 155MPH, narrowly missing trees and rocks before parachuting into the water.

A 2 year old boy in Glendale, Arizona fell into his family’s swimming pool and was trapped at the bottom, under water, for half an hour. He was not breathing and had no pulse. He was clinically dead when paramedics came. He was taken to the hospital, his heart was restarted and he was placed in artificial hypothermia. He recovered fully and suffered no permanent damage. Caleb Teodorescu was dead and came back to life.

Liz Douglas, a British woman from Stronachlachar, Stirling, was driving home from buying groceries at the store when she hit a telephone pole. Upon impact, a loaf of bread flew out of her grocery bag just between her head and the top of the car, exactly the right spot to save her life. Ohio Man Chased Down Thief, Beat Him and Hogtied Him in His Own House

A would be burglar in Athens, Ohio got more than he bargained for when he walked into a man’s trailer and tried to steal from him, twice in a single day. The man had already stolen his video game system and when William Stanley got home, he had had enough.

Stanley recognized the man and chased him. The man ran out of the house and into the woods and Stanley didn’t even slow down. No, Stanley went to the man’s house, beat him down and hogtied him. William Stanley doesn’t take theft lightly.
At that point, and only at that point, Stanley contacted the police and found the thief unconscious, tied up, lying on his own floor. Stanley thinks the man should go to jail because if he doesn’t, he will most likely come back for revenge. As you can imagine, Stanley is not worried, at all.
It’s worth watching the video here just to see how much more awesome William Stanley is than anyone you know.

Phoenix Jones, much like Spiderman, now has songs about him. The real life superhero has stopped real crimes and caught real criminals. He has also generated a bit of controversy, as have the other real life superheros in the news lately. That doesn’t stop his fame though. Here are two different songs about him circulating around Youtube. We hope Phoenix Jones continues what he does and this helps he do it.
