A man walked into a Sears store in Seattle and told the clerks that he had stolen $20 to $30 from the cash register in the 1940s. He wanted to repay the money, with interest, so he gave them $100. The store manager thinks the man has been bothered by this since he took the money in the first place.
The man was recorded by the security cameras but the store is not releasing the video. They are giving the money to a charity to help families in need. Sears definitely wins our respect in this situation.
This is quite a contrast to the woman who stole a Christmas ornament and stabbed another woman with it.
