The Pink Pony was a house of sin but it will soon be a house of God, at least that is the thinking of a local church group who is purchasing the club and turning it around.  The strip club, which is located in Cross Lanes, West Viriginia, has a seedy history.  In 2003, a Powerball winner by the name of Jack Whitaker, for reasons nobody will ever understand, was carrying $500,000 when he walked into the club.  He was drugged and robbed.  That is also the same year the strip club lost its liquor license which spells death to any adult venue.  This is not the only strip club in the news.  The Admiral Theater recently made news for accepting donated toys for free lap dances.
