Burrito Frenzy – Man Attacks Clerk and Vandalizes Store Because of a Burrito

Albert Frazier of Stockton, CA wanted to microwave his burrito, badly at a Chevron in Sacramento Stockton, CA. He put the burrito into the microwave to heat it up, prior to paying for it which we all know is a service station faux pas. However, when the clerk reminded him that he had to pay before cooking the Mexican treat, he became enraged.
He punched the clerk and apparently, at one point, struck the clerk with a broken rack. The clerk called the police and locked the doors so the man could not escape.
Police arrested Mr. Frazier for assault and vandalism. It is not known if he was able to eat the coveted food or not prior to being thrown into the slammer.
